TERMS AND Policy
I. Policy
– If a bar/club thinks you are too intoxicated, you would not be able to enter or asked to leave.
– An ID with your photo & birth date will be requested. NO photocopy. You must be or over 19 years old.
– Dress code is checked by the bar/clubs. Do not wear sports-wear, running/trekking shoes, flip flops, sandals (men), tank-tops (men). Shorts are usually OK in summer time.
– Not joining at the meeting point on time or missing our group is not a reason for refund.
II. Privacy and right of image
– We may use the photos and videos we take our events for promotion/advertising purposes. By joining our events, you automatically agree to have photos or videos taken and used.
– If you do not want to have your photos or videos taken, please ask our staff or people who take during the events.
III. Cancellation policy
– Cancellations/Changes made 7 days before the ‘Event Date (not the time)’ will incur 15% of the ticket price as a cancellation fee.
– Cancellations/Changes made 48 hours before the “Event Date” will incur 50% of the ticket price as a cancellation fee.
– Cancellations/Changes made 48 hours within the “Event Date” will result in 100% forfeiture.
*All changes/refunds might cause transaction fees which would be deducted from the final amount.
